How to delete a portfolio or account
This tutorial shows how to do 3 things:
- Delete a portfolio or account you no longer need in Passiv
- Hide a portfolio or account
- Move an account into another (or new) portfolio
Go to Settings
On the menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down and click Settings.
In this example, I want to delete the “NA” account.
Choose Connections & Portfolios
Along the top, you will see a navigation bar with several options.
Click on Connections & Portfolios.
To delete a portfolio:
Scroll down until you find the portfolio you want to delete.
Click “Delete” to remove it from Passiv.
To hide an account or move it to another portfolio:
Click the grid icon on the far right side of the portfolio you want to move.
Drag it to where you want it to be:
- Drag it down into “Hidden Accounts” to hide it
- Move it into another portfolio
- Drag it down into “New Portfolio” to create a new one
And you’re done!
Your dashboard should now reflect those changes.
